Review of the Voluntary Bonding Scheme

Health Workforce New Zealand is reviewing the operation of the Voluntary Bonding Scheme over the past three years.
The 2009 intake of medical, nursing and midwifery graduates is now eligible to apply for their first payments in 2012. This means we will be able to collect more information about how the Scheme has been working so far.
The review is intended to find out what has been working well and what may be needed to refine the operation of the Voluntary Bonding Scheme in the future.
