Our work programme this year will focus on improved recruitment and retention of staff in key workforces to meet current and future service needs. This includes expanding the Voluntary Bonding Scheme to include more health professions and hard-to staff regions as needed, and continuing with the successful Advanced Trainee Fellowship scheme.
